PRO WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI II - memory slot configuration

I am building a workstation with a PRO WS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI II board.  It has 8 memory slots A1-H1, what slot should I use if only installing 1 memory stick and what slots should I use to install 4?
