Hi ASUS Community 🙂
I have just built a new computer and I can't make it power on.
I have installed 2 x 24GB of F5-8000J4048F24GX2-TZ5RS.
When I check the supported memory list they are listed as supported.
I have the Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU so I should probably have went with some EXPO modules. But accidently bought the XMP 8000 MHz. From what I can see these should still work? Any help on how I can make it boot? I have tested with only 1 module in the different sockets, but the Q-LED is still yellow and no signal on the monitor.
Any advice is more than welcome.

Same issue here. I have the G.Skill NEO T5NR 6000 RAM 2 16 gig. With a HellHound RX7900XT. New Corsair 850E. I only get the TUF light in the bottom right coroner. With the ram installed on A1 and A2 I get the DRAM error light. I move the ram to slots B1 and B2. No DRAM light. But still no power. No LEDS anywhere. No Fans. Even tried the BIOS update with ASUS support, yes no monitor but download the new BIOS to a flash drive and use the flash back button. But still same issues. I was told it is a bad motherboard. Now I have to wait for Amazon to send a replacement. The thing is brand new. Not used. All brand new components. So no resolution so far.

Hello @ThomasDK9280
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for missing your thread.
If you are still experiencing the issue described, please note that the F5-8000J4048F24GX2-TZ5RS is not listed in the memory QVL for the TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI.
We recommend cross-testing with a memory module from the QVL to ensure compatibility and stability with verified components.
Thank you.
Hello @unlimitedgeek and thank you for joining the discussion.
If possible, could you kindly provide the full model of your motherboard along with the part number for the "G.Skill NEO T5NR 6000 RAM 2 16"?
We recommend referring to the instructions in [Motherboard] How to query (CPU/memory) QVL List? to verify whether your memory is listed in the motherboard's QVL.
Additionally, based on the situation you described, we recommend referring to the motherboard's user manual on the official support page to ensure all hardware is correctly installed. This includes verifying that the CPU pins are not bent and that the CPU is neither too loose nor too tight in its socket.
Kindly also review [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - No Power/No Boot/No Display for further guidance.
Thank you.
