According to the user manual, the second slot on the TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) is specified as 1 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slot (operating at x16 mode).
Generally, updating the BIOS should not cause devices installed in this slot to experience reduced bandwidth.
Could you confirm if this issue of reduced bandwidth occurred after updating to BIOS version 5021, released on 2024/11/4?
Additionally, could you share details about the device currently installed in this slot, and have you also checked whether the related drivers and firmware are fully updated?
