The graphics drivers on the Asus site are always several versions behind the Intel drivers. Is this because Asus does some customization of the generic driver? And if so, what kind of customizations does Asus do? I have been using the latest Intel drivers on my B760M-A D4 motherboard and don't see any performance difference between the generic Intel driver and the Asus driver. FWIW, I don't play games.

Hello, @lmacmil2
After releasing the generic version of the driver, ASUS will conduct further verification of compatibility and stability for the corresponding models before making it available on the official website.
Therefore, there might be a slight delay compared to the release of the generic version.
Thank you.
