My issue is that NVME RAID does not work without crashing the system randomly on my TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS motherboard.
I am not sure if this is a hardware or a driver problem.
If NVME RAID is enabled in the BIOS, I get a lot of EventID=153 disk warnings in the Windows System Event Log for all drives ("The IO operation at logical block address x for Disk y was retried"), and random blue screen of death system crashes, even without creating a RAID array. If I create a RAID1 mirror, it randomly gets critical after a simple shutdown/bootup cycle or a system crash and have to be rebuilt. There are no SMART errors.
If NVME RAID is disabled in the BIOS, the system works for weeks without any problem. I have done RAM testing and CPU load testing, everything is OK. If I turn NVME RAID back on, the disk warnings and BSOD crashes appear again.
I have searched the internet for this and tried the suggested solutions. Reinstalling Windows, resetting CMOS, turning off "Dynamic Tick" in Windows and keeping RAIDXpert2 running in the background did not help.
What should i do to get NVME RAID to work without crashing?

* I also have some HDDs, but it does not affect the problem whether they are plugged in or not.
