BSOD when building a project in Unity

Hello, 

For the last several weeks i've been blue screen quite often but only when I build a project in Unity. 
After testing my GPU, my CPU, RAM, swapping out drives etc, the only thing that I can really think of being the source of the issue is the memory controller on the motherboard itself. The dump files suggest that there's RAM corruption, but upon many tests using memtest it shows that there are no errors found. Would you be able to help me find the source of the issue, and if it is my  motherboard, help me RMA. Thank you

May I ask what your current motherboard model is?
Based on your description, does the BSOD issue not occur in Windows?
Have you tried cross-testing the system drive, and is the issue still the same?
