Currently on the 1604 and it's working fine so I'm reluctant to update based on my previous experience with the 1220 and 1402 which wouldn't allow my RAM to run at full speed, i.e., the XMP profile wouldn't work. I'd like someone else to be the guinea pig. 🙂

Hello, @lmacmil2
The stability of memory overclocking is influenced not only by the motherboard or BIOS version but also by the installed CPU, PSU, and related configurations.
Therefore, even the same memory kit might behave differently.
You can update or downgrade the BIOS based on your needs, and if XMP is not stable on a specific version, you may manually adjust the memory parameters.
Thank you.
