Hello @Mikis615

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you confirm if the no-boot issue began after any specific software or hardware changes, such as connecting external devices or updating the BIOS?
According to the X99-A user manual, the Q-code 03 error displayed during boot failure indicates a "CACHE_ENABLED" issue.
Since clearing CMOS did not resolve the problem, have you also checked the CPU hardware and installation for any issues, such as bent pins or insufficient thermal paste?
We recommend updating the BIOS to the latest version 4101 via BIOS Flashback, followed by clearing CMOS and then attempting to boot again.
If possible, testing with a different CPU may help rule out hardware-related issues, or you may want to consider an RMA if needed for further diagnostics.

Thank you.
