Two Brand New Pro Art Displays, display color differently

ANDY_ASUS
Star III

Hi,

I have two Brand new 27" Pro Art Displays, both set to Adobe RGB and identical (default) colour settings.

However, one monitor is warmer than the other, ie the colour is different on both monitors.

They claim to come per-calibrated,  there's even a certificate with them (clearly means nothing).

How do you recommend calibrating them?

Hi @ANDY_ASUS ,

Thank you for your inquiry.

To better understand the color difference issue between your two displays, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Display model: Can you provide the specific models of the two displays?
  2. Factory reset and default settings: We recommend that you first restore both displays to factory settings and set all settings to their default states, and then confirm whether the displayed colors are the same.
  3. Color difference photos: If the problem persists, please provide actual photos of the color difference between the two displays for our reference.
  4. Product serial numbers: Please provide the product serial numbers of the two displays via private message so that we can confirm the complete product information.

Please kindly confirm the above information so that we can analyze it. Thank you.

The screens have the following info under information:

PA279CRV
MCM103

I will try to take a picture later, but that requires setting up.

AGAIN: Before my problem is lost in pages  of replies, Can you tell me how I calibrate them? Remember, they are brand new, less than 8 hours use.
