touch screen not responding

No idea if this is the correct group.

Just bought the Asus BE24ECSBT Touch Screen Monitor.  Finally figured out how to set it up (don't get me started).

Last remaining problem is the monitor doesn't respond to touch.  Here is what I know.

W11 PC.  Monitor shows in Device Manager.  Within Device Manager I see no 'enable/disable' option for the monitor.  Monitor works with mouse/keyboard.  All Drivers up to date.  OSD shows Touch 'ON.'  I've restarted PC 2x.  Start Window search doesn't have "Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input" option.  I've found a web page noting I have to use a USB-B cable for touch to work (I'm using HDMI).  There was no USB-B cable in the box and, it appears, no USB-B port on the monitor.

What am I missing?

Finally got 'Touch' to work - almost.  Had to buy a new USB-C cable.  I can touch the screen and open/minimize/maximize apps.  I can scroll through apps.

I can't use '10 Point Touch.'  I think I know I should be able to customize touches to perform tasks.  Nope. Nothing works.  I have installed the latest driver.  Part of the problem . . . I can't find how to use/customize '10 point touch.'  Guidance please.
