says monster hunter promotion ends march 31st but says its closed now?

i bought an eligible item for the monster hunter promotional deal and when i go to redeem it and show my invoice it says closed now? i thought it didnt close until march 31st?

It wasn't supposed to, but they're allowed to end promotions early. I tried to ask Asus to see if I can claim some MH:W code from a different Asus promotion, but they said that I couldn't take codes from another promotion. Dumb.
