according to your question, the MB165B is a portable USB monitor. 

However, it does not support iOS devices because they do not have USB 3.0 ports.

sorry for the late update, is the reason only because it doesnt have usb3.0 port? Can this be solved by using a video adapter for the phone? 
Also i saw the instructions which is to install a driver before use, could it be possible to install the driver on a dell server r730xd?

i m quite new in this area hope u could help me
