Asus TUF Monitor VG279Q1A

BOULRIKSEN
Star I

Hello
I have 2 problems.
The first major problem is when i change the Hz to 144, my screen begins to flash a bit in the middle. And when i put it to 165 hz, 4/5 of the screen turns black. But when i have 120 hz, there's nothing wrong with it. I dont know what to do.

The other problem is when i wanted to contact the live chat, i need to register my monitor, and put my Serial Number. But it turns out my product is made in Taiwan so the "numbers" is in a different language, so i cant register it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @BOULRIKSEN ,

regarding your issue, certain graphics cards/GPUs can support a 165Hz graphics source output via DisplayPort.

Please be aware that the actual performance may vary depending on the GPU and displayed content.

Real-world performance is hardware-dependent.

Have you updated your graphics driver to the latest version?

Also, please adjust the resolution according to the list in the user manual to match the supported timing.

Thank you.
