My laptop got an virus and when I opened up my laptop and it show me errors about the "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". And I can't do anything in my laptop because i don't have any permissions to use my laptop. So I don't know what can i do.
