Option to customise the size of each Home Screen App Icon

Let users decide which app icon in Home Screen should be small and which should be big. Give users the option to choose the size they prefer...

Also, let us move icons to anywhere we want without any restrictions... Currently there is only the option to arrange icons in a line format...

I think this will help to reduce the wastage of space in Home Screen...
