Notification cooldown options

This should be a default Android feature IMO, but since it's not - I would love to have an option to prevent apps (especially chat apps) from spamming notifications. So could we have a configurable feature similar to chat cooldown, where we can mute repeated notifications from the same app for a certain time. This would highly increase digital wellbeing I believe.
