Allow switching to another sensor when recording in 4K 60fps+ on ZF 7

Currently you can't zoom out to ultrawide if you start on main sensor at 4K 60FPS. If the sensor does not support the resolution or frame rate, just upscale it. Variable frame rate is also a thing in video formats...
