Why can't I boot normally with ROME series CPU?
If KNPA-U16, RS500A-E9-PS4, RS500A-E9-RS4, RS500A-E9-RS4-U are returned to service center for repair, the motherboards would support NAPLES series CPU. To support ROME series CPU, please follow the upgrade BIOS SOP to update.
For ROME series CPU BIOS, please download the BIOS for each model separately. Please refer to the KNPA-U16_Naples to ROME update (BMC and BIOS SOP).pdf in the file.
