Please follow steps below for troubleshooting：
- Check if your tablet has Wi-Fi signal
- Disable and then enable Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi
- Forget Wi-Fi settings and re-connect
- Settings > Wi-Fi
- Tap and hold the Wi-Fi name you want to forget and tap Forget network
- Make your tablet re-connect to the Wi-Fi
- Reboot your tablet
- Update firmware to latest version：Go to Settings > About > System update > Check Update
- Turn off and then turn on the power of your AP device
- Update the firmware of your AP device
