Troubleshooting for abnormal behavior in the Capcut application

Applicable Model: HT5306 

 

Please follow the steps below for update instructions:

Type and search "MyASUS" in the Windows search bar > "Setting" 

  1. If "Automatic Critical Update" is set "On" (the default is "On"), the system will automatically check for current Capcut’s version and update it (if your version is earlier than v4.8.0.1868).
  2. If "Automatic Critical Update" is set "Off", please follow the steps below:
    Option 1: "System Update" > "Critical Updates" > update "Capcut" in the critical update list
    Option 2: A notification reminding you to update Capcut will appear in "Notifications" within an hour after booting up the device.
