c. Connect the E1Z to your portable device by using the supplied cables (and adaptor if your device uses a USB Type-C connector).
d. When the message prompt pops up on your device, grant Displaylink Presenter permission to use the USB port.
3. My E1Z cannot connect to my portable device.
a. After you connect your device to the E1Z, check if Displaylink Presenter prompts you to grant it permission.
b. If the Displaylink Presenter prompt did not show on your device, please try to restart the E1Z. Try restarting your device as well if necessary.
c. If the Displaylink Presenter prompt still does not show up on your phone, try connecting a USB flash drive to your device to see if it supports host storage mode. If your flash drive doesn't work, contact the manufacturer of your device to enquire about host storage mode support.
4. Audio does not come out from E1Z
If you found no audio output from E1Z, please check Settings -> Developer options -> and make sure “Prevent USB audio routing” is disabled from your phone.
Some portable devices might have USB audio routing issues, if you found the audio is not smooth from E1Z, you can choose to enable “ Prevent USB audio routing” from your phone to have audio come out of your phone or tablet.
5. Working with USB Accessories
