[Phone] ROG5 series , ZenFone8 series can't enable VoLTE

Affected models:ROG5 series (ZS673KS, ZS676KS), ZenFone8 series (ZS590KS, ZS672KS)


1. Confirm with your phone service carrier if your location, your account and the SIM card can support VoLTE service.  

2. Please follow the steps below to confirm if VoLTE function is enabled on your phone:   
    2-1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Internet.

    2-2. Tap settings icon beside SIM.

    2-3. Enable Volte to use Volte service and select Preferred network type include 4G.   

3. If you have performed steps 1 and 2 and the Volte icon still does not appear in the status bar, please open phone APP and dial "*#*#8070#*#*" to enable VoLTE.
