If you save your pictures or data in memory card and found these data lost , it might be because of the breakdown of memory card.
Please remove the SD memory card and install it in another phone/tablet , and check whether the card can be normally read. If the device still fails to read/detect the data , we suggest you send the memory card to repair.
To prevent losing the important data, we suggest you do the backup or upload it to the webstorage for backup
