[Phone/Pad] Troubleshooting - How to remove the flickering earphone icon in notification bar ?
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting：
1. Please check and remove any debris from the earphone jack / the USB port on the device.
2. Update firmware to latest version：In【Settings】→【System】→【System update】, Tap 【 Check Update】
3. Access to Safe Mode ： If your phone / tablet works well in safe mode , malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your phone / tablet and check again if it works well.
4. Backup your data and perform factory date reset.
5. If you've tried the above steps and your issue cannot be solved, please contact ASUS Customer Center for assistance and send your device back to us for further check-up.
