Please follow the steps below to solve the Battery charging problem :
1. Reboot your phone
2. Charge with ASUS bundled adapter
Charge your device with the original ASUS bundled ac adapter. If the problem remains, please try connecting to a different power outlet.
3. Close the apps
Do not run the apps that may use too much memory while the phone is charging.
4. Turn off the background apps
Please close any background apps that you are not using :
Settings > Battery > PowerMaster > Battery-saving options > Stop unnecessary app.
5. Update to the latest firmware
Go to Settings > System > System update > Check now.
6.Factory data reset
Clear all your data and reset all the settings back to default (original settings).
Note: Please backup all personal data before resetting the device.
