[Phone] How to enable Gboard handwriting
*Handwriting is not available in all languages.
1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
2. Go to System > Language & input > On-screen keyboard > Gboard > Languages.
3. From the list, select the language you want to use.
4. Select Handwriting.
5. Tap Done.
