"Bracketing" takes 0EV as the base and takes three photos with different exposure values, namely "darker photo, mid-brightness photo, and lighter photo". It gives users the maximum degrees of freedom for post-editing.
Open the Camera App > Swipe left on the options. When you reach MORE, the PRO mode will show among the options - Tap PRO.
Tap EV (Bracketing options icon) > Select one of the EV values > Tap shutter button.
You can check the photo options in Gallery. When you tap the AEB icon at the bottom of the screen, it will expand to three photos with different exposures.
