[NUC] Why Is the NUC Not Connecting to the Internet?
Resolution
To fix the issue, please follow the next steps:
- Update the Gigabit Ethernet Network Connection Driver and the Wireless Technology–Based Driver.
- Perform a Network device Reset.
- Right-click the Windows menu button, navigate to the Device manager.
- In the list of devices find and expand the Network Adapters section.
- If you are using an Ethernet connection - right-click the Ethernet Connector and choose Disable Device, wait for a couple of minutes and then enable the device.
- If you are using a Wireless connection - right-click the Wireless adapter and choose Disable Device, wait for a couple of minutes and then enable the device.
- Reboot your Access point device.
- Try connecting to a different network if possible to test your device.
- If the above steps don't solve the connection issue, contact ASUS Customer Support.
