[NUC] Troubleshooting Sleep and Wake Issues on NUC

If you're experiencing issues with sleep, hibernate, and wake on your NUC, we recommend you first:

• Update to the latest BIOS version
  • For Visual BIOS (NUC 8 and earlier): BIOS Update and Recovery Instructions for NUC with Visual BIOS
  • For Aptio V BIOS (NUC 9 and later): BIOS Update and Recovery Instructions for NUCs with the Aptio® V

• Update to the latest graphics driver (see: How to Install an Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11*).
• Check to see if there's an HDMI firmware update available for your NUC.

BIOS and graphics drivers are available using Driver & Support Assistant, this is especially helpful if you are unsure what system you have or the type of BIOS.
