[NUC] Setup and Support Guide for NUC 12 Pro Mini PC for Zoom Rooms

NUC devices provide a convenient out of the box solution for setting up Zoom Rooms and workspaces. The small size of the NUC allows you to save room that a standard PC might take up. These devices can be purchased as standalone PCs or as components of room kits that have the Zoom Rooms application pre-installed on the device. 

Prerequisites for using NUC with Zoom Rooms

• Administrator or Role with edit access to Zoom Rooms on the web portal
• Zoom Rooms license
• NUC device
• Other Zoom Rooms compatible devices to complete the room setup

How to setup an NUC with Zoom Room

Setup with a hardware kit

1. Create a Zoom Room on the Zoom web portal.
2. Plug in the NUC PC and other devices. Turn the NUC PC on. 
3. Sign in to the Zoom Rooms application with the appropriate credentials from the web portal. 
4. Configure the network and localization (keyboard, time zone, language) settings on the device.
5. Review the EULA agreement.

Setup with a standalone device

1. Create a Zoom Room on the Zoom web portal.
2. Plug in the NUC PC and other devices. Turn the NUC PC on. 
3. Perform whatever steps are necessary for Windows setup.
4. Download the Zoom Rooms application, and open it. 
5. Sign in to the Zoom Rooms application with the appropriate credentials from the web portal.
