[NUC] NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK Cannot Boot with 2 DisplayPort* (DP) Monitors
Resolution
Follow these steps to solve the problem:
- Make sure that the cables are properly connected to the TV/Monitor and on the NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK.
- Test different Mini-DisplayPort cables (Do not use adapters, straight connections only).
- Make sure the BIOS on the NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK is up to date. Refer to BIOS Update Instructions for NUC.
- Update the operating system (OS). Refer to Update Windows*.
- Test with different DP monitors. Another option is to test by unplugging one of the DP monitors or using HDMI® monitors.
