Resolution

  1. Reinstall the operating system (OS) and the latest Radeon™ RX Vega M Graphics Driver:
    1. Before reinstalling the OS, back up the data on the system that you wish to keep.

    4. Download and install the latest Radeon™ RX Vega M Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for NUC8i7HNK, NUC8i7HVK.
    5. Download and run the Driver & Support Assistant to automatically detect and install the rest of the NUC drivers.
  2. Reinstall the previous AMD Radeon* Graphics driver version 21.10.03.11:
    1. Download and run the AMD* Cleanup Utility to remove any previously installed AMD graphics and audio drivers/software found on the system.
    2. Download and install the Radeon* Software Adrenalin 21.10.3 installation package to install the graphics driver.
