Resolution

• This issue can be fixed by updating your BIOS using the power button or BIOS security switch update methods. You'll need to update your BIOS to versions:
  • EBTGL357.0045 or later for NUC Compute Element  CM11EBi716W, CM11EBi58W,  CM11EBi38W and CM11EBC4W. Download and install the BIOS
  • EBTGLMIV.0045 or later for NUC Compute Element CM11EBv716W, CM11EBv58W. Download and install the bios. Download and install the BIOS

• The EC Firmware on an designed carrier board, chassis element, and assembly element need to be updated to 02.20.00 or later.
• The EC Firmware on a custom carrier board needs to reference FW code 1.3.2 or later. Consult with your system manufacturer if you are observing similar symptoms on an partner product.
