[NUC] How to Disable Standby Power on the Thunderbolt Port for the NUC 11 Pro Kit NUC11TN
Resolution
During Deep S4/S5 Sleep State the system continues to provide power through Thunderbolt port. To prevent the system from entering S4/S5 and to shut down fully, disable the Deep S4/S5 state option in the BIOS.
- Continuously press F2 during POST to enter the BIOS
- Go to the Power tab in BIOS
- Select Secondary Power Settings
- Disable Deep S4/S5 state
