Resolution

Try the following to resolve the issue

• Update Graphics driver to the latest version on Download Center. For guidance, How to Install an Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11.
• Install Creative Cloud on another drive.
• Exit the application using Ctrl + W and start again.
• Restart the computer.
• Update Windows to the latest version.
• Reinstall Windows.
