[NUC] Cannot Set IGD (Integrated Graphics Device) Minimum Memory to 1024MB or 2048MB on the NUC Kit - NUC6i7KYK
Resolution
This is due to a conflict of resources with the Thunderbolt controller; it uses up to 2048MB IGD Minimum Memory from PCIe resources.
If this amount of memory is needed for the Integrated Graphics Device, the Thunderbolt controller should be disabled.
- Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
- Go to Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices.
- Disable (uncheck) Thunderbolt™ Controller.
- Press F10 to save and exit BIOS Setup.
