[NUC] BitLocker Doesn't Accept Correct Recovery Key

Resolution

  1. Before entering the recovery key, choose the Skip this drive option.
  2. Choose Advanced options -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Command prompt).
  3. Type the manage-bde -status c: command to check the BitLocker status of the C: Drive:
  4. If the status is returned as locked, you must type the manage-bde -unlock c: -rp your 48-digit recovery password command to unlock it using your recovery password
  5. Once the drive is unlocked, use the manage-bde -protectors -disable c: command to suspend protection
  6. Exit and reboot.

The computer should now successfully boot Windows.
