[NUC] Audio Latency Issue Encountered When Using Audio Output from Thunderbolt* on NUC 11 Performance Kit – NUC11PAHi5
Resolution
The audio latency issue will occur if the power supply required by the monitor exceeds what the system supports.
- Check the power consumption of the monitor that is being used and compare with the support by the system:
- Refer to Technical Product Specification in chapter 2.1.3- Feature Summary. The port bus power of Thunderbolt™ 3 on NUC 11 Performance kit supports 18W, 15W, 7.5W, and 4.5W.
- Use another monitor that has an independent power supply to resolve the issue.
- Use another monitor that USB-C power delivery requirement matches 18W or less.
