[Notebook/Desktop/AIO/Gaming handheld] Troubleshooting - Stuck on ASUS/ROG logo during boot
If your device remains stuck at the ASUS/ROG logo screen and does not proceed to the Windows operating system after booting, here are some possible troubleshooting steps.

Restart the Device
If your device is stuck at the ASUS logo screen, try forcefully shutting down the computer and then restarting it. Sometimes, this issue is temporary.
Press and hold the power button until the power indicator turns off to shut down the device. After a few seconds, restart the device.
Remove External Devices and Update BIOS
Perform CMOS Reset/Hard Reset
Remove the power adapter and perform a CMOS clear to reset the hardware to default settings. You can refer to relevant articles for instructions on how to clear the CMOS:
Note: For notebook models TP420IA and UX425IA, do not remove the power adapter; perform CMOS clear with the adapter connected. If you're unsure about your computer's exact model, refer to this article: How to find your computer model.
Perform BIOS Reset
Access the BIOS configuration screen. If your device is already stuck at the logo screen, press and hold the power button until the power indicator turns off. After a few seconds, press and hold the [F2] key on the keyboard, then press the power button to turn on the device. Release the [F2] key when the BIOS configuration screen appears. Note: For gaming handheld devices, press and hold the volume (-) key and then press the power button to turn on the device.

In the BIOS - UEFI interface, restore BIOS settings to default. Use the keyboard's arrow keys and Enter key, touchpad, or mouse to make selections and confirm.
