[Mouse]When the mouse is connected to the ROG Polling Rate Booster and using the default 8K Polling Rate, the mouse may experience occasional compatibility issues such as disconnection.
When a disconnection occurs, the mouse must be toggled off and on again at the bottom to reconnect and continue using it.
In the meanwhile, at this stage, please ensure that your mouse is updated to the latest FW V01.00.15 version in Armoury Crate. If issue persists with this new FW, we recommend lowering the Polling Rate to below 4K.
Currently, we are actively verifying the impact of different environments and continually improving compatibility to reduce the likelihood of system-related disconnections. We will continue to gather user system information and disconnection reports, and we aim to provide a more comprehensive update soon.
