Update the AI ExpertMeet plugin and AI ExpertMeet app to version 1.2.12 or later.
*For instructions on how to check the version, refer to the “Confirmation after updating” section in this table.
The steps how to update AI ExpertMeet plugin and AI ExpertMeet app
1, Select “AI ExpertMeet” from the app list.
2, Select “Agree and Start Using”.
3, Update the AI ExpertMeet plugin and AI ExpertMeet app using the following steps.
*Display may vary depending on your environment and version. If different, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
*The order in which the AI ExpertMeet plugin and AI ExpertMeet app updates appear is random.
*This update may take some time depending on your network environment.
*PC restart is required to complete the update.

Confirmation after updating
1. Type “Install” in the search window, then select ‘Open’ under “Installed Apps” from the results.
2. If the AI ExpertMeet plugin and AI ExpertMeet app are version 1.2.12 or later, the issue should be resolved.
