[LCD Monitor]How to check if BE model’s webcam works when connecting with MacBook?
Step 1: Check cable connection.
There are two connection ways depend on different BE models. The first way is to use USB C to C cable connected between the USB-C ports at BE model and MacBook. Another way is, when you use HDMI or DisplayPort cables, you also need to use a USB C to A or USB B to A to connect BE model and MacBook. Step 2: Open the APP, such as Photo Booth, in MacOS.
Step 3: In the Camera setting, there will be two devices, please choose “USB2.0 FHD UVC WebCam”. If you use other APPs, please try to find out the Camera setting and “USB2.0 FHD UVC WebCam” should be in the list.
