Since the end of 2014, the Russian government passed a new law about the change of policy of Russian time zones.
In this regard, you need to upgrade the system to the latest KitKat image with a fixed patch of Russian time zone to solve this issue. ASUS Calendar or other 3rd party calendar apps cannot solve this issue alone.
