[Healthcare system] Why can’t I swipe up on the home screen of my VivoWatch 6?

When your VivoWatch 6's Bluetooth is disabled or your phone's Bluetooth is disabled, some functions on the main page will be hidden. Please follow these steps to enable or connect Bluetooth:

1. Press and hold the button on the top right of the watch for 3 seconds and enable Bluetooth. Return to your VivoWatch 6 main page to confirm the Bluetooth icon is displayed.
2. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and confirm that the Bluetooth icon is displayed on your VivoWatch 6 main page.

 

If the problem persists, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the watch pairing record from your phone and use the ASUS HealthConnect APP to re-pair your VivoWatch 6.
2. Reset your VivoWatch 6: Swipe left to the settings page > Scroll down to “About and Reset” > Tap the yellow checkmark icon > Tap the yellow reset icon > Tap the yellow checkmark icon.
