✦ What is the Care Track feature?
Your peace of mind comes from your loved ones' safety and health. The Care Track feature offers a real-time tracking service for the family and friends of watch users. It seamlessly integrates VivoWatch 6's positioning system and health monitoring capabilities within ASUS HealthConnect. When loved ones wish to check the wearer's recent location and health status, they can access the Care Track feature in the ASUS HealthConnect App. This allows them to instantly view the wearer's current location and health data, with updates occurring every 5 minutes by default.
When loved ones initiate a Care Track event, the VivoWatch 6 worn by the individual will also display a corresponding notification. This notifies the wearer that their personal information is being shared with their designated contacts. If the wearer prefers not to share their data, they can press Stop on the watch face to cease data sharing for that event.
Each Care Track event automatically concludes 24 hours after the cessation of data updates. If loved ones wish to monitor the wearer's status again, they can initiate a new Care Track event.
*Instances in which data updates cease include VivoWatch 6 battery depletion, the user's phone running out of battery, or Bluetooth disconnection between the watch and the phone.

✦ Before utilizing Care Track, specific configurations are necessary:
For VivoWatch 6 Users:
1. Ensure your phone is paired with the ASUS HealthConnect App.
2. Log in to your ASUS member account.
3. Set the Location permission for the ASUS HealthConnect App to Always Allow.
4. Add family and friends as contacts in the Health Lifestyle Circle.
For Family and Friends:
1. Add the watch user as a contact in the Health Lifestyle Circle.
2. To monitor the wearer's real-time location and health data, navigate the ASUS HealthConnect App > Share & Support in the top right corner > Health Lifestyle Circle > Select the relevant individual > Care Track. This pathway will display the wearer's recent GPS location and health data.
✦ Disclaimer:
1. ASUS VivoWatch 6 relies on Bluetooth, network, phone signals, and phone privacy settings to share location information during the Care Track process. Due to wireless radio signals, a stable connection cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances.
2. The Care Track feature is a supplementary positioning system and should not be solely relied upon to prevent loss. It does not replace other emergency search methods, such as contacting authorities or community search assistance.
3. Please be aware that the Care Track feature displays the wearer's personal location and health information. It should not be utilized for any illegal purposes.
