[Healthcare system] ASUS VivoWatch 5 Aero Device won't turn on or off
1. Please connect the device to the power charger and confirm if the device is charging (the wristband charges at low power; it is recommended to use a 5V1A or 5V2A charger).
2. Please charge the device for at least 15 minutes.
3. After charging, the wristband will automatically turn on. If it does not turn on, please try a different charger for a cross-test.
4. If it still does not turn on, please send your device to a repair center for inspection by an engineer or contact customer service.
