CPU overheat under stress test.

As tested in ASUS lab, we found out Maximus VI Impact shows only 2~4 degrees Celsius higher than Maximus VI GENE, because the form factor of M6I is Mini-ITX which has much smaller PCB space for heat dissipation than mATX board.
Normally the CPU temperature can be controlled under 80 degrees Celsius when using Intel Box FAN.
*Intel ONDP137A50 DTC-DAA10, 12vDC 0.6A with RPM ~2300 in BIOS when Q-Fan setting is "Standard."

The Bios of ASUS Gaming Z87 motherboard allows All-core max turbo for K series CPU by default for better performance. If customer choose per core mode in Bios setting, it can bring around 5 degrees Celsius temperature drop.

Besides, CPU temperature will be affected by overvoltage dramatically. If customer has manually adjusted Vcore for Overclocking, we do recommend to choose a powerful thermal solution for the substitution of Intel box FAN.
