[C423NA/Chromebook] “The system failed to determine device model or serial number” error during enrolment process for enterprise customers
Since Google will publish a whole new OS update every 4 to 6 weeks, in order to let user have good experience and major security update, please make sure your device is with the latest version.
If there is an error happened, which will show “The system failed to determine device model or serial number”, please get into the guest mode and then update the OS to the latest. Please reboot the device first after the update is completed, then the enrolment can be proceeded.
