If the DP port on the motherboard/device does not display when using a DP to HDMI cable, how can this be resolved?
Solution:
Please check the datasheet or manual on the official website to confirm if your motherboard/device supports DP++? If it only shows DP, you need to use a DP to HDMI cable with a built-in active IC converter for it to display correctly.
If the issue persists after trying the above solutions, an engineer will need to inspect the device. Please contact ASUS customer service.
