This is because Bluetooth natively has delay. You'll face a little delay while gaming. Use wired earphones.
Average Bluetooth earphones has more than 200ms of delay.
Average Wired earphones has less than 10ms of delay.

I told you na it's the nature of wireless. No matter how costly Bluetooth earphone you'll purchase significant latency will be there.
Just purchase a decent quality wired earphone.
